Side By Side shows Voiceworks at it's best!

Six months' hard work was rewarded by an enthusiastic audience response last weekend when Voiceworks presented three great performances of Side By Side.
Scripted by Show Director, Chris Dodson, the show was a joyful expression of what makes Voiceworks special: the friendships, the fun, and the joy of making music together.
Under the guidance of our brilliant Musical Director, Jackson Griggs, and accompanied by Bridget Hutchinson on keyboard, Cass Evans-Ocharem on bass, and Alex Barker on drums, the choir delivered a mix of up-tempo songs including Put a Little Love in Your Heart, I'll Be There For You, and Nothing's Gonna Stop Us Now, and soulful ballads like Fix You and Bridge Over Troubled Water.
Guest soloist, Lauren Ashlea Fraser, wowed the audience with her high-powered renditions of Because You Loved Me, and Lean On Me. Voiceworks choir members feel very privileged to have been able to work with such a talented vocalist.
With Side By Side behind us, Voiceworks will now be preparing for the Dunsborough Songfest in November and presenting Carols in the Park on Saturday 13 December in conjunction with VoiceworksPLUS.
