With the rapid spread of the Omicron Covid variant in Perth, we have been very aware of the need for excellent ventilation and the inherent risks of transmission from singing inside. VEV rehearsals for the past four weeks have been held very successfully outside in the courtyard adjacent to the Shenton park Community centre, thanks to ideal fine summer weather and the use of temporary LED work lights so members can read musical scores!
